We completely transformed and enlarged the existing deck, significantly expanding the outdoor living space with a brand-new structural extension. Our team removed the old, weathered wood flooring and railings, replacing them entirely with premium TimberTech composite decking in Reclaimed Chestnut. The upgrade features durable white vinyl railings and smooth white PVC fascia boards along the entire perimeter for a clean, modern aesthetic. Finally, we installed matching white lattice along the lower base to seamlessly blend the new and existing structures.
For this project, we completely upgraded the home’s curb appeal with crisp, Arctic White fiber cement siding, complemented by elegant new trim and stylish black shutters. Beyond the beautiful aesthetics, our comprehensive scope of work included the installation of a fresh moisture barrier for advanced protection, custom garage door framing, and new CertainTeed soffits. To guarantee a long-lasting and durable result, our expert team also handled all necessary structural repairs, ensuring a flawless finish from the inside out.
Removed all their old stucco and replaced with James Hardie Board and Batten siding on the front sections and James Hardie plank siding on the rest, all in Arctic White. Also we replaced their roof with the CertainTeed Landmark Pro roof system in Moire Black. All new James Hardie soffit, fascia, and window trim.

We just traded old vinyl for premium James Hardie siding in Pearl Gray with a bold Moody Indigo accent. Beyond the facelift, we completed a full structural upgrade by replacing 50 sheets of damaged wood before adding crisp white trim and seamless gutters.
we replaced 23 windows with premium Provia Endure energy efficient vinyl windows. We also installed a Thermatru entry door and painted the exterior trim for a sharp, clean finish.

Installed a new front portico featuring 6x6 posts wrapped in white smooth PVC anchored to the existing concrete stoop. Integrated the structure by cutting into the stone facade, securing beams to the home, and installing white PVC trim. Constructed a CertainTeed Landmark Pro Charcoal Black roof system with white beadboard soffits and PVC fascia. Finished the front gable triangle with white 4.5” dutchlap vinyl siding for a clean, maintenance-free aesthetic.

We removed the old roof and installed a brand-new CertainTeed Landmark Pro roofing system in Max Def Shenandoah, including upgraded ventilation and new VELUX skylights.
With the help of a structural engineer, we built a brand-new front dormer addition to expand the second floor and refresh the home with new framing, roofing, and windows.
We also extended the back dormer by 2 feet to maximize the layout and added three new ProVia Endure windows.
The project included full structural upgrades, new roof decking, shingles, exterior sheathing, and moisture barriers.

All-new ProVia Endure windows, fresh CertainTeed siding, new insulation, sheathing, and a durable steel roof on a new concrete wrap around porch. We installed TimberTech composite boards for the deck and a beautiful ProVia Signet fiberglass French front door that you can’t believe isn’t wood. Stucco was fully repaired and painted, brand-new soffit, fascia, gutters & downspouts completing the exterior.
This custom project converted a window into an entry door enhancing this home's functionality and design.
We framed the new opening and installed a ProVia Legacy steel entry door with SDL grids- Vallis Red exterior and White interior. We poured a new concrete staircase and added bluestone pavers, stone veneer, and black aluminum railings. Interior drywall and floor tiles were installed to complete the project.
We removed the entire existing wood deck floor, railings, and staircases, and replaced them with TimberTech composite decking in the color Pecan. The new railings are TimberTech composite as well, featuring Espresso posts and top rails, black spindles, and a Pecan drink rail for a custom look.
We also installed matching composite fascia boards around the full deck perimeter, solar post cap lights on each railing post, and solar stair riser lights on both staircases. Two deck posts were replaced with new 6x6 pressure-treated posts set in concrete footers for added strength.
This home’s aging cedar siding was showing significant wear, so we carefully replaced the damaged sections and professionally stained the entire exterior for a refreshed, protected finish. We transformed this home with new CertainTeed foam-backed vinyl siding in Board & Batten and CedarBoards, finished in Herringbone. The entire exterior was rebuilt for long-term durability and a clean, modern look.

We installed new vinyl soffits and PVC fascia, re-framed and trimmed all garage doors with smooth PVC and crown molding, and replaced the chimney’s stucco with ProVia stone veneer in Strathmore style. We also repaired the chimney structure, applied custom window and door trim with new flashing and moisture barriers, and refreshed all remaining stucco with Sherwin-Williams Loxon paint.​. This home just got a full front makeover with Stonecraft stone veneer in the Heritage style, Pennsylvania color. We removed the old fiber-cement and stucco siding, and replaced it with a rich, natural stone look that completely elevated the appearance of the home. We also upgraded the front door to a sleek Provia fiberglass door in Coal Black, with matching half-glass sidelights. Fresh white paint on the porch columns and new PVC trim around the entry bring the whole look together with clean lines and contrast.

We removed all existing vinyl siding on the front and left sides of the home and installed James Hardie Plank fiber cement siding in Rich Espresso with Arctic White corners. On the right and back sides we replaced the vinyl siding with CertainTeed MainStreet 5¨ Clapboard vinyl siding in Herringbone. We replaced sheathing as needed and added R-30 batten insulation to a large section of the home to increase our customers homes energy efficiency and comfort.

Roof Rebuild & Porch Reinforcement with CertainTeed Landmark Pro Shingles in Max Def Pewterwood
We replaced this roof that was improperly installed just before our customer moved in, leading to ongoing leaks.
We removed the old shingles, replaced any rotted decking, and installed CertainTeed Landmark Pro shingles in Max Def Pewterwood, synthetic underlayment, ice and water shield, aluminum drip edge, and a filtered ridge vent.
The chimney was reflashed and resurfaced with cement plaster, then primed and painted. Pipe boots were upgraded to Lifetime Ultimate pipeboots, and all gutters and downspouts were replaced with white 6” seamless aluminum gutters and 3x4 aluminum downpouts. The awning porch was not structurally sound so we replaced 3 awning posts with 4 new 6x6 wood posts tied into new concrete footers and wrapped them in white PVC.

We upgraded all soffits, fascia, and garage door trim with sleek black finishes. / Installed brand new seamless gutters with Gutter RX guards for maximum performance and completed a full roof replacement with Owens Corning Duration shingles in Onyx Black Reinforced protection with new housewrap, flashing, drip edges, and moisture barriers.
